Legal terms governing your use of ArtisanClo.

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of ArtisanClo. They govern your access to the website, dashboard, APIs, software, documentation, and support channels.

If you act on behalf of a team, company, or agency, you confirm that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" means both you as an individual user and the organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this service. You agree to give true, accurate, and complete details when you register and to keep your account profile up to date.

You alone are responsible for all actions taken with your account credentials, including by invited team members, contractors, or outside collaborators.

We may verify account details, restrict access, or suspend accounts when needed to prevent abuse, security threats, or non-payment.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations within your plan limits.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, malware distribution, credential theft, or network disruption, or try to bypass billing limits or security controls.

You remain fully responsible for all flows, rules, landing pages, and destinations set up in your account.

You keep full ownership of the configurations, data, and materials you upload to the platform. You grant us the operational rights needed to host, process, and route data so we can provide the service.

You confirm that you have every legal permission required to process and route traffic data through the platform in line with applicable privacy laws.

We do not actively monitor your campaign content, but we may inspect or block activity when the law requires it or to protect the platform.

Some features require an active subscription or plan. Your chosen plan sets the pricing, feature limits, and billing cycle.

You authorize us to charge recurring subscription fees through your selected payment method or crypto payment processor. Non-payment may lead to temporary suspension of your account.

Unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. We will announce price changes in advance.

We may offer free trial periods or early-access beta features. We may change, limit, or discontinue them at any time without liability.

Beta or experimental tools are provided "as is" for testing purposes and may contain bugs or incomplete functionality.

If you upgrade to a paid plan before your trial ends, your trial data and settings are kept.

The platform, software, design, logos, trademarks, and code remain the exclusive property of ArtisanClo and its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute platform components except as explicitly authorized under these Terms.

We may use any feedback or suggestions you send us to improve the product, with no obligation to compensate you.

The service may integrate with external tools, crypto payment gateways, analytics providers, or hosting platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or terms of third-party services.

Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We may update or replace integrations and vendors as part of ongoing platform maintenance.

We work to keep the platform highly available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or emergency fixes may cause temporary downtime.

As the platform evolves, we may update, change, or improve features, interfaces, and API endpoints.

We encourage you to keep backups of your campaign rules and data exports for business continuity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We make no guarantees about specific ROI, campaign results, or error-free traffic filtering.

Consumer laws where you live may give you rights that cannot be waived and that override parts of this section.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ArtisanClo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, ad spend, or data.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the three months before the event or US$100.

These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend and hold harmless ArtisanClo and its officers against any third-party claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your traffic content, or your violation of applicable laws.

We may take control of the legal defense of any matter for which you must indemnify us.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for serious violations of these Terms, non-payment, or security risks.

Any unpaid fees you owe remain due after your account is closed.

We recommend exporting any traffic logs and campaign data you need before you close your account.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ArtisanClo regarding use of the platform.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

Updated versions of these Terms take effect once they are published on the site.
