Facebook Ads cloaking that explains every decision

Meta's bots, reviewers and spy tools see a neutral White Page; real people from your ads see the offer. Every decision is logged with its reason, and the built-in tracker counts the campaign's money.

Who opens your ad

Your ad link is opened by more than buyers. Here is what ArtisanClo does with each of them, and the reason you will see in the click log.

  • Meta preview bot

Facebook builds the link preview with its own crawler — with the shield up or down.

  • Reviewer without an ad click

Opens the landing page in a regular browser, with no fbclid in the link. While the shield is up, they never see the offer.

  • Datacenter bot

Server network, proxy, robot browser — the signals add up to a trust score, and the visit does not look human.

  • Already-known reviewer

An address identified as a bot or reviewer in any account on the service gets the White Page at once — no checks, no delay.

  • A real person from your ad

Arrives on a click with fbclid — from the feed, Stories or the Facebook and Instagram in-app browser.

A Facebook Ads profile out of the box

Pick Facebook Ads as the traffic source when you create a flow, and protection tunes itself to the platform. Every switch can still be changed by hand, and when the profile changes, the dashboard shows what was and what will be.

A shield for the review period

While the campaign is under review, only visits with fbclid in the link get through to the offer. Reviewers, forwarded links and direct visits get the White Page.

  1. 01

    Campaign launch

The flow's first 50 clicks go to the White Page without checks — that is the warm-up.

  2. 02

    Review traces

Auto-shield watches the flow: say, 9 reviewers arrive within 3 hours where there are usually none.

  3. 03

    Shield goes up

Within 15 minutes the shield goes up for 6 hours. Everyone without a click ID sees the White Page.

  4. 04

    Decision in the log

Every such visit is logged with a reason, so you see who was kept out and why.

Facebook tokens and campaign money

ArtisanClo is a tracker too. The Facebook template already knows Meta's macros: campaign, ad set, ad and placement land in your reports on their own, with no manual tagging.

  • Spend, profit and ROI

By campaign, ad set, ad, offer and GEO — right next to the filter's decisions.

  • Conversions back to Meta Professional

Leads and sales go to your ad account through the Conversions API with your pixel ID and token.

  • Spend from Meta Ads Manager Business

Every morning the last 3 days of spend are pulled in, so ROI needs no manual input.

Live in a few minutes

Your site and domain stay with you, and DNS stays untouched.

  1. 01

    Create a flow

Pick Facebook Ads as the source, and the protection profile sets itself.

  2. 02

    Connect the landing page

One line of the JS tag in <head>, or one PHP file in the landing page root.

  3. 03

    Launch the ads

Copy the flow's ad link into Ads Manager — Meta's macros are already in it.

Frequently asked questions

01

Does ArtisanClo guarantee that my Facebook ads will be approved?

No, and no tool can honestly promise that. ArtisanClo filters bots, crawlers, spy services and reviewers it can identify and shows them a White Page; the platform's decisions remain its own. Every decision is visible in the click log, so you can see exactly what happened.

02

What does a Facebook reviewer see?

A White Page — a neutral page at your ad address. Take a ready design from the catalog, where AI writes the copy for your niche, or use a page of your own. The offer stays hidden from them.

03

What is the shield, and do I have to turn it on by hand?

While the shield is up, only visits with fbclid in the link reach the offer. You can raise it yourself for a launch or leave it to auto-shield: when review traces spike — say, 9 reviewers in 3 hours where there are usually none — it goes up within 15 minutes for 6 hours. Available from Professional and on the trial.

04

Why do the first 50 clicks go to the White Page?

That is the warm-up. A fresh campaign is checked first, so the flow's first 50 clicks see the White Page without checks. The number can be changed in the flow settings.

05

Why is the referrer check off for Facebook?

The Facebook and Instagram in-app browser often drops the referrer, so the check would cut off real people. The profile turns it off, and the click ID, network and device do the job instead.

06

Does it work for Instagram traffic too?

Yes. Facebook and Instagram share the same recipe, and the in-app browsers of both apps are recognized, so real people inside the app are not mistaken for bots.

07

Do I need to move my site or change DNS?

No. Your pages and domains stay where they are. You add one line of code to <head> or one PHP file; on Professional and above, the WordPress plugin or the Cloudflare worker also work.

08

Can I test the filter without losing traffic?

Yes, in shadow mode on the PHP file: every visitor still reaches the offer, and the click log shows whom the filter would have cut. Switch the filter on once you are happy with what you see.

09

How do I send conversions back to Facebook?

Through the Conversions API: add your pixel ID and token to the traffic source, and leads and sales go to your ad account. Available from Professional.

10

Can spend be pulled from Ads Manager?

Yes, on Business. Add the ad account ID, and every morning the last 3 days of spend are imported from Meta, so ROI is counted without manual input.

11

Can I keep my own tracker?

Yes. ArtisanClo connects to Keitaro as a stream filter and to Binom as a landing gate, and passes the click ID to other trackers. Or use the built-in tracker and keep the cloak and the money in one place.
